Fully automatic butyl coating machine for spacer frames with incorporated georgian bars LBH-25AS, consisting from;
-input conveyor with frame feeding station FRS-25Z, 2510 mm long;
-extruder section with rotating arms and lifting device LBH-25AS, 5130 mm long;
-output conveyor, 2530 mm long.

● Frame sizes: max. 2500 x 2500, min 200 x 200 mm.
● 16 ltr supply drum, with special adapter a 200 ltr drum can be used.
● Automatic measurement oftt he spacer 6-24 mm.
● Able to prozess frames with georgian bars in any grid design.
● Running direction: from left to right.
